Use our Measurement Guide and Size Guide pages — both walk through measuring collar, sleeve length and chest at home with a soft tape, and map those numbers to our sizing.
What is the Create Your Shirt bespoke option?
It lets you choose fabric, collar style, cuff, placket, pocket and fit before we cut your shirt. Every option is shown with a live preview so you can see what you’re building.
How long does a bespoke shirt take to ship?
Made-to-order shirts are cut after you order, so please allow additional production time beyond standard shipping — exact timing is confirmed at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Bespoke, made-to-order shirts are final sale except for manufacturing defects. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our New York studio. Shipping cost and timing are shown at checkout based on destination.
How do I care for my dress shirt?
Cotton poplins and oxfords launder best on a gentle cold cycle and low iron heat while still slightly damp. Check the care label sewn into each shirt for fabric-specific guidance.
